PERMANENTLY STOP INTERNAL WATER MIGRATION

Permanently waterproof your Portland cement with a spray on application that dries clear and is environmentally safe.  DEEP SEAL penetrates concrete up to 7 inches and prevents further contamination by forming a permanent non-soluble, colloidal gel that will the lifetime of the concrete.  Other benefits include increased surface abrasion resistance as well as surface acid/chemical damage resistance.

Preserve natural stone, concrete, slate, pavers, stucco, plaster and other masonry with a repellent that is clean and environmentally safe.  SURFACE SEAL is a water based penetrating treatment that provides a durable breathable filmless barrier beneath and on the surface of treated materials.  SURFACE SEAL is not affected by UV rays and will preserve the original look of the surface by preventing liquid/contaminate penetration.  Bondability and surface traction quality are enhanced by SURFACE SEAL.

MASONRY SEALER AND WATERPROOFER

A tenacious adherent film-coating that is strong, durable, flexible and breathable.  LUSTER MAX can be used to repair and solidify cracks and can be power toweled  into weak concrete surfaces.  LUSTER MAX triumphs as a waterproofer and sand consolidator on pavers.  Additionally it is a non-flammable, orderless, penetration coating that will dry to a clear attractive finish.

PROFILER

ANTI-SLIP

Profiler will provide clear anti-slip properties to ceramic tile, quarry tile, granite, smooth toweled concrete, marble and other mineral vitreous or non-vitreous surface.  Profiler can remain effective for up to five years depending on traffic volume.  Profiler is an odorless mixed acid that is a water-clear, non-petroleum, and user-friendly.

ALPHA MIX creates a high-performance, high-quality that is a denser, more workable, and more abrasion resistant.  ALPHA MIX is added into the mix water prior to adding the portland cement, aggregates, etc.  ALPHA MIX provides mix water the unique ability to convert normal portland cement concrete mixed into high-performance mixed. ALPHA MIX does this through utilization of of significantly higher percentages of already included portland cement and mix water volume, at the same time.  This utilization process increases cement paste volume per cement particle, decreasing capillary and get pore sizes.  ALPHA MIX is an extremely unique one of a kind product.

EFFLORESCENCE REDUCER will turn your portland cement and grout into a high performance mix.  Simply use EFFLORESCENCE REDUCER in the place of water and this unique product will increase strength, bondability and virtually eliminate efflorescence/lime run.

CREATES EXTREMELY HARD MEMBRANE SURFACE

After FAIL SAFE ONE has been properly applied and has cured, FAIL SAFE TWO is squeegeed or rolled onto the surface.  FAIL SAFE TWO gives added protection that is needed to create an extremely hard membrane surface that will not get brittle or dissolve.  This membrane also acts as a bonding surface for the water based adhesive.

WP-200 is a deep penetrating spray on wood sealer that permanently adds moisture and insect resistance, inside and out, to your wood.
WP-200 has a permanent class “A” interior fire rating additional safety to your projects.
After the application the wood can then be stained and/or painted as desired with no fear of the paint pealing.
All of our products are Environmentally Safe and contain no V.O.S. or V.O.C.

ASHPHALT SEALER is an asphalt maintenance solution that is designed to extend the useful life span of asphalt.  ASPHALT SEALER will densiify and waterproof asphalt, it also has the flexibility and elongation needed to prevent cracking indefinitely.
